The Founder’s LAMB Roast is where ambition meets aroma a slow-roasted lamb dish infused with spice, caffeine-level energy, and the umami of perseverance. Marinated overnight in garlic, ginger, and a whisper of MSG (because every founder deserves a secret advantage), this roast carries warmth, chaos, and quiet pride in every bite. Ingredients
- 1.5 kg lamb shoulder or leg, bone-in (because every good foundation needs structure)
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (for that sharp pivot)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt 2tsp

Instructions

- 2. Rub the mixture into the lamb thoroughly.
- 3. Add a drizzle of oil and onions. Massage well.
