Avocado Chocolate Mousse

A vegan chocolate mousse replaces traditional cream and eggs with avocados, creating a rich, creamy dessert that's either a brilliant healthy hack or a culinary crime!
Ingredients
- • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- • 1/2 cup maple syrup
- • 1/4 cup coconut milk
- • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
