A vegan chocolate mousse replaces traditional cream and eggs with avocados, creating a rich, creamy dessert that's either a brilliant healthy hack or a culinary crime!

Ingredients

  • • 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed
