Naturally high in protein and healthy fats, it’s one of the simplest traditional protein bars you can make at home, perfect for tea-time, kids’ snacks, or post-workout energy.
Ingredients
- • Peanuts – 1 cup (roasted & skin removed)
- • Jaggery – 3/4 cup (powdered) OR Sugar – 1 cup
